External Vendor Training Request
SAIC partners with LearnSpectrum for training vendor research, procurement, registration, cancellation, approval requests, and billing support for training that is not available through SAIC-sponsored classes, SAIC’s Alliance Partners, or our eLearning Percipio library. Please use this LearnSpectrum portal for external vendor provided training.

All Employees: For training requests that will be charged to a Direct charge code, please use the Quick Quote or Custom Quote Request options to receive a quote. You must submit a PAR through ES3 for enrollment requests for Direct charge training as this will engage Procurement in the process.
