Course Sourcing, Administration & Enrollment Requirements

As a LearnSpectrum customer, you’ll receive a secure, co-branded microsite where you and/or your employees can request course information and pricing and begin an enrollment. We’ll generate an ‘Option Sheet’ with possible vendors, open dates, and list prices, so students can make informed decisions. We’ll take care of everything to enroll the student. Should something change, we’ll handle rescheduling or cancelling. All formal warranties and guarantees are subject to each vendor’s specific policy. If a student has a negative experience with any of our partners where, and there is no formal warranty/guarantee in place, we will leverage our existing relationship to resolve the issue. We also handle challenges if they arise with a course.

Invoicing & Budget Management Requirements

You’ll leverage our purchasing power to gain preferred training rates with no minimum purchase. We provide volume discounts based on the number of courses in which your students enroll (percentages vary based on vendor). You can also take advantage of our Spectrum Education Units pre-paid training account that enables you to purchase and use funds across departments and vendors to reduce time seeking funding approvals. Finally, we provide a single invoice for each training transaction.

Reporting, Measurement, and Analytics Requirements

We interpret and present key training trends and data points for you. Our Executive Summary gives you the insights you need to keep leadership stakeholders apprised of your training program status. Each month, we will provide a detailed activity report including Period Training Spend and Quote Requests. We also offer a Dashboard that includes Top Vendors used, Spend by department/business area, Spend volume, Pipeline volume, and SEU balances. Finally, our annual Strategic Business Reviews are designed to help you plan and forecast, to help stakeholders evaluate, and identify trends to help guide how you deliver L&D for the future.
