Nat Emery
Started LearnSpectrum in 1998 on just a theory that customers needed help with managing external learning & development. Never thought that he’d be working with everyone from start-ups to the nations largest corporations.

Ann Collins
Ann has seen it all. She’s been a LearnSpectrum customer, and vendor and now valued employee. Her extensive L&D and HR backgrounds in both gov-con and large organizations bring a skill set that every customer needs as a resource. She fixes problems. She runs programs. One meeting with her and you just unloaded external learning challenges forever.
Ashley Beachy
The only person we know with ‘octopus arms’. Ashley’s amazing capacity to multi- task complex requirements for her customers has her leading your external L&D like a well-oiled machine. She doesn’t stay seated for long. Maybe you’ll see her hiking in the hills or giving her dog a run. Something outside.
Tara Adams
Tara is our newest member of the LearnSpectrum team and has been with us since August 2018. Her many years of experience in the customer service industry prior to LearnSpectrum keeps her balanced with every challenge. Tara is passionate about not only meeting our client’s expectations but exceeding them. When not in front of the computer, you’ll find Tara relaxing on a beach or long bike rides along the beach trails.
