Once your needs have been determined, LearnSpectrum provides a secure, customer-specific microsite for all external training activity we facilitate. Here, you and/or your employees can request course information and pricing or begin an enrollment for approval and/or purchase. The site can be customized to capture information unique to your processes.

We also manage workflow processes behind the scenes. For example, when the manager provides approval, we purchase the training. After the student is enrolled, we send confirmations to the student, approving manager, and stakeholders that includes course details, driving directions or log in credentials, and the vendor cancellation policy.

Vendor and Quality Assurance Management
We manage the vendor(s) throughout the entire process.
We also handle challenges if they arise with a course. All formal warranties and guarantees are subject to each vendor’s specific policy, and many offer guarantees such as free retakes for exam prep courses and satisfaction guarantees. If a student has a negative experience with any of our partners where there is no formal warranty/guarantee in place, we will engage with that partner on your behalf and leverage our existing relationship to resolve the issue. Sometimes it’s as simple as having a student get extra content for the training. For larger issues, we might shift trainers or even vendors.
